Eszter is a Marriage and Family Therapist (with a limited permit) with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse racial, religious, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She blends a solid grounding in systemic therapy with empathetic connection and a deep passion for guiding clients toward more authentic lives. Eszter empowers her clients to create fulfilling intimate experiences while embracing their individuality and unique approaches to sexuality.

Eszter employs an integrative approach, focusing on identifying patterns and tailoring treatment to each client’s specific needs. Her therapy is sex-positive and strength-based, guiding clients toward pragmatic path to change while honoring the complexity of their unique intersectional identities and evolving narratives. With a background in research and psychoeducation, Eszter remains committed to research-informed and evidence-based practices.

Academic Background

Eszter earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, where she received extensive systemic therapy training and worked with individuals, couples and families. Prior to residing in the United States she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eotvos Lorand University in Hungary.

Theoretical Orientation

Eszter takes a relational approach to therapy, focusing on understanding her clients within the context of their most significant relationships and the systems that have shaped them. She believes that the therapeutic relationship, grounded in honesty, direct communication, and collaboration, is the foundation for change. Eszter frequently integrates elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, as well as psychodynamic and transgenerational models.
