In this latest interview, Sari Cooper AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Couples Counselor and Relationship Expert interviews Oona Metz, LCSW about her first book titled Unhitched:The Essential Divorce Guide for Women. Oona has run support groups for women going through the process of divorce for over 30 years and in this interview we discuss critical insights and concerns for women when they begin to date again. Sari covers issues like: timing of re-entering the dating world, getting used to online dating, how to set boundaries in new dating relationships, discussing sexual health preferences, menopause-related libido and body image concerns, exploration of dating people of same gender if a woman was married to a man or dating a man when a woman had been married to a woman.
You can purchase Unhitched at your favorite booksellers.

In this discussion with the amazing urologist Dr. Rachel Rubin, we dig into why women are NOT getting the proper sexual healthcare they deserve and the most common health issues women of all ages struggle with across the US.
The NY Times lauded doctor is on a mission to improve the education requirements for all urologists and ob/gynecologists, increase the knowledge base of women everywhere and has taken to lobbying members of Congress to increase funding for sexual health research for women and vulva-owners across the US.

In this discussion, Sari discusses how Dr. Kort coined a term for men who have sex with men (whether they identify as LGBTQ+ or straight) prefer other types of sexuality that doesn't involve penetration. Instead of identifying as a "top" or "bottom", many men actually prefer being "sides". We also talk about what kind of skills and expertise it requires to become an excellent sex therapist.

In this discussion I talk to coach Kelly Ghweinem on her new Sex Esteem® women's group: Reclaiming Oneself after Partner Infidelity which she will be starting this June 2022 for 6-weeks and then again in the fall. We discuss myths our culture and frequently family and friends have about what a woman should do after discovering her partner/husband/wife was cheating.
Kelly describes some of the exercises she'll be giving participants and the importance of stages one needs to go through in order to heal oneself whether or not they remain in the relationship.
